yeah my parents begged me to keep it alive for YEARS. I finally office space’d it in 2010. It had to be done. I had frankensteined that thing into something respectable. It took way too much time and money though.

True this. The default settings were a bit weird and at-launch driver support was nonexistant. Same basic shit that killed Windows Vista, despite it being honestly pretty damn decent.
